Communication
A foundation for analysis

How people understand information, share knowledge and reach decisions has interested me since university.

My education brings together pedagogy, management and service design. At Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, I completed a master’s degree in pedagogy specialising in communication and social counselling. I developed this interest through academic teaching, scholarly publications and coordinating a communication-related specialisation within pedagogy.

Today, it informs how I listen during plant visits, facilitate stakeholder workshops and make complex processes and systems easier to discuss. Across these settings, communication helps build the shared understanding that sound analysis depends on.

01 / Experience

From production reality
to the target IT landscape

I make complex production environments easier to understand, discuss and plan for.

I investigate how processes, applications and information flows work together — including overlaps, integration dependencies and technical debt. This analysis helps clarify what needs to change and where functionality belongs in the target IT landscape.

Through plant visits and multicultural workshops, I bring together operators, experts and leadership across production, quality, logistics and IT. The result is a shared understanding of requirements, clearer choices and a practical direction for transformation.

Hundreds of students
Learning through participation

Nine subjects. Project work and analytical practice, taught side by side.

Over years of teaching management, logistics and process improvement, I created opportunities for students to develop solutions, facilitate meetings, present ideas and work with unfamiliar tools.

Semester-long team projects encouraged creativity and collaboration. Practical classes introduced production calculations, equipment allocation and decision methods such as AHP.
